Canadian Banc Corp. will list 6,772,453 share purchase warrants on the Toronto Stock Exchange on a when-issued basis on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, according to the TSX. As in an April 23, 2012, Canadian Banc news release, the company plans to issue one warrant to Class A shareholders of record on May 4, 2012, for each Class A share held. Three warrants entitle the holder to buy one unit, consisting of one Class A share and one preferred share, for $20 until 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on April 30, 2013. The company's Class A shares will start trading on an ex distribution basis at the open on May 2, 2012.
The TSX reports the warrants will trade under the symbol BK.WT and Cusip No. 13536V 11 5.
