Pursuant to a special resolution passed May 6 1988, the company has consolidated its common share and subordinated voting share capital on a 10 old for one new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the company has also been changed from Versatile Corporation to B.C. Pacific Capital Corporation.
Effective at the opening May 18 1988, the class A subordinate voting shares and the class B common shares of B.C.
