The TSE advises that as a result of the consolidation of the company's common shares on a 1:2 basis, the exchange has been advised that effective July 30 1997 the exercise price for the warrants (symbol: MAR.WT) has been changed so that two warrants will entitle the holder to purchase one share at $8.60 at any time prior to 5:00 pm, (Toronto time), on January 30 1998. The warrants will continue to trade under the same Cusip number and symbol.
