Further to the VSE notice dated effective May 9 1991, the symbol and Cusip No. for the warrants should have read IIR.WT and 45968F 12 7 respectively.
The VSE has been advised that LOM Western has over-allotted the offering to the extent of 60,000 flow through and 60,000 non-flow through units. Accordingly, a Greenshoe option has been granted entitling LOM to purchase 60,000 flow through and 60,000 non-flow through units at $0.40 per unit up to the close of business July 8 1991.
