Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders Oct. 30, 2009, the company has consolidated its capital on a 1:30 basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, the common shares and rights of Wild Stream Exploration Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares and rights of Eagle Rock Exploration Ltd. will be delisted.
