The company has announced it will offer to shareholders of record at September 19 1994 rights to purchase shares of the company. One right will be issued for each class A share held. Two rights and $3.80 are required to purchase one unit, each unit consisting of one class A share or, if a holder so elects, one class B non-voting share of Trilon and one exchange right granted by Branscan Limited. The offer will expire October 17 1994.
