The TSE advises that holders of common shares of record on the close of business on December 15 1997 will be granted one right to subscribe for one class A limited partnership unit of Fort Chicago Energy Partners L.P. from the company for every four common shares held on the record date at a subscription price of $5.95 per class A unit. The rights will be evidenced by transferable certificates registered in the names of the holders of common share of record on the record date on the basis of one right for each four common shares held, one right and the sum of $5.95 being required to subscribe for one class A unit of Fort Chicago.
The TSE has conditionally approved the listing of the class A units of Fort Chicago subject to Fort Chicago fulfilling all requirements of the exchange on or before February 24 1998, including receipt of evidence of satisfactory public distribution of the class A units.
