Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders Feb. 18, 2014, Alexander Energy Ltd. has consolidated its capital on a 1:4 basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, the common shares and rights of Spartan Energy Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares and rights of Alexander Energy will be delisted.
