Ram Power rights offering

2013-11-21 16:11 ET - Rights Offering

Ram Power Corp. will grant shareholders of record at Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, rights to purchase additional shares, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As in the Nov. 15, 2013, rights offering circular, Ram Power will issue one right for each share held on the record date.
Ram Power hopes to raise up to $5,366,796, which it plans to use to pay interest to its debentureholders on Dec. 31, 2013, in the total amount of $2.18-million, with the balance for general corporate and working capital purposes.

Basis of offering: Eight cents and 4.5 rights entitle the holder to buy one share
Shares trade ex rights: Friday, Nov. 22, 2013
Rights expire: 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Dec. 23, 2013
Trade dates:
Dec. 18, 2013 to settle Dec. 20, 2013
Dec. 19 and Dec. 20, 2013, will settle the next business day in cash. All trades completed on
Dec. 23, 2013 to 12 p.m. (Toronto time) will settle on the same day in cash.
