PolyMet Mining Corp. will grant holders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, rights to purchase additional shares of the company, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. One right will be issued for each share held on the record date.
Basis of offering: Two rights entitle the holder to buy one share for 66 U.S. cents

Trade dates:
