Premium Income rights offering

Premium Income Corp. will grant Class A and preferred shareholders of record at Nov. 13, 2012, rights to purchase units of the company, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. One right will be issued for each Class A and preferred share held on the record date.
Basis of offering: Two rights plus $20.88 entitles the holder to buy one unit, which consists of one Class A share and one preferred share
Shares trade ex rights: Nov. 8, 2012
Rights expire: 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Dec. 11, 2012
Trade dates:
Trades on Dec. 6, 2012, will be for special settlement on Dec. 10, 2012
