The ASE has been advised that the company is issuing rights to the holders of its common shares at record at the close September 26 1994. Shareholders will receive one right for each common share held. The rights offering prospectus has been cleared in Alberta, BC, and Ontario only.
Each unit consisting of one common share, one flow-through common share, and one warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $0.30 on or before September 30 1995.
