Shareholder entitlement: One right for each common share held on the record date. Each right entitling the holder to purchase 1.81 units at a price of 88 cents per unit.
Terms of the rights: One right to subscribe for units at a subscription price of 88 cents per unit, each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $1.36 any time prior to 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on the date that is five years following the closing of the offering.
