The company has announced it will offer to shareholders of record on July 7, 2000, rights to subscribe for either common shares or flow-through common shares of the company. Each holder of record of common shares on the record date will receive one right for each common share held.
As at April 30, 2000, the company had 14,092,654 shares issued and outstanding.
Basis of offering: One common share or one flow-through share for each one and one-half rights evidenced by such rights certificate at the price of 22 cents per common share or 27 cents per flow-through share.
