Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. will grant holders of record at Oct. 30, 2012, rights to purchase additional shares of the company, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. One right will be issued for each share held on the record date.
Basis of offering: Six rights will entitle the holder to buy one share for $3.50
Shares trade ex rights: Oct. 26, 2012
Rights expire: 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Nov. 28, 2012
Trade dates:
