MGM Energy rights offering

MGM Energy Corp. will grant holders of record at Oct. 30, 2012, rights to purchase additional shares of the company, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. One right will be issued for each share held on the record date.
Basis of offering: Sixteen cents and 4.25 rights entitles the holder to buy one additional share
Shares trade ex rights: Oct. 26, 2012
Rights expire: 4 p.m. (Calgary time) on Dec. 4, 2012
Trade dates:
Trades on Nov. 29, 2012, will be for special settlement on Dec. 3, 2012
