TSE Bulletin 99-0873

Holders of common shares of record as of the close of business on July 16, 1999, will be granted one right for each common share held. Each flow-through unit will comprise one flow-through common share and one-half of a warrant. Each common share unit will comprise one common share and one-half of a warrant.

The flow-through units and the common share units are each separable as of the time of their issue. The warrants will not be listed on the exchange.
