Kingsway Financial rights offering

Kingsway Financial Services Inc. will grant shareholders of record on Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, rights to purchase units of the company, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. One right will be issued for each share held on the record date.
Basis of offering: Four rights entitle the holder to buy one unit for $4 (U.S.). Each unit consists of one share, one Series A share purchase warrant and one Series B warrant.
Shares trade ex rights: Aug. 7, 2013
Rights expire: 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Sept. 6, 2013
Trade dates:
Sept. 3, 2013, will be for special settlement on Sept. 5, 2013
Sept. 4 and Sept. 5, 2013, will settle on the next day in cash
Trades completed to 12 p.m. (Toronto time) on Sept. 6, 2013, will settle on the same day in cash
