TSE Bulletin 98-1019
Holders of common shares of record as of the close of business on July 2, 1998, will be granted one right for each common share held. Each unit will be comprised of one share and one-half of a warrant. The common shares and warrants comprising the units will separate immediately upon issue.
The TSE has conditionally approved for listing the warrants issuable on exercise of the rights following completion of the rights offering, subject to meeting all requirements of the exchange including distribution of
the warrants to a minimum number of public holders. A further bulletin will be issued if and when the warrants are to be listed.
