The ASE has been advised that the company is issuing rights to the holders of its issued and outstanding common shares of record at the close of business on July 10 1996. Holders will receive six rights for each common share held. The rights offering circular has been cleared in the Province of Alberta.
The rights were posted for trading on July 8 1996. Trading will be halted until the opening of business on July 10 1996. There is currently no market for the common shares and no assurances that the common shares will be listed on any exchange.
