TSE Bulletin 99-0611

Holders of ordinary shares of record as of the close of business on May 21, 1999, will be granted one right for each ordinary share held. Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one ordinary share purchase warrant.

The Toronto Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the listing of warrants issuable on exercise of the rights following completion of the rights offering, subject to meeting all requirements of the exchange including
distribution of the warrants to a minimum number of public holders. A further bulletin will be issued if and when the warrants are to be listed.
