Dundee Energy Ltd. will grant shareholders of record at March 12, 2013, rights to purchase additional shares of the company, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Basis of offering: Seven rights plus 34 cents entitles the holder to buy one share. Seven rights plus 39 cents entitles the holder to buy one flow-through share.
Shares trade ex rights: March 8, 2013
Rights expire: 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on April 4, 2013
Trade dates:
Trades on April 1, 2013, will be for special settlement on April 3, 2013
