Terms of the rights: Six rights plus 25 cents for one unit, each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one warrant, one whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of 45 cents until 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on the earlier of: May 23, 2011; 30 calendar days following notice by the company that the closing price of the common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange for any 20 consecutive days exceeded 75 cents.
