Canadian Banc rights offering

Canadian Banc Corp. will grant Class A shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, Aug. 25, 2014, rights to purchase units, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The TSX reports the company will issue one right for each Class A share held on the record date.

Basis of offering: Six rights will entitle the holder to buy one Canadian Banc unit for $24.18. Each unit consists of one Class A share and one preferred share.
Shares trade ex rights: Aug. 21, 2014
Rights expire: 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Oct. 6, 2014
Trade dates:
Oct. 1, 2014, will be for special settlement on Oct. 3, 2014
Oct. 2 and Oct. 3, 2014, will settle on the next business day in cash
Trades completed to 12 p.m. (Toronto time) on Oct. 6, 2014, will settle on the same day in cash
