Holders of class A multiple voting shares (symbol: BHV.A) and holders of class B subordinate voting shares (symbol: BHV.B) of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, December 30 1997 will be granted the right to subscribe for three subordinate voting shares of the company for every multiple voting share or subordinate voting share held on the record date at a subscription price of $1.00 per subordinate voting share.
