Synopsis & Listing Information

StoneBridge Acquisition Corp. completed its merger with DigiAsia Bios, Indonesia's first "Embedded Fintech as a Service" (EFaaS) company, on April 2, 2024.

Ticker Status: Following the merger, the company’s common stock began trading under the ticker FAAS and the warrants transitioned to FAASW (though often still referenced by their legacy SPAC ticker APACW in older data feeds).

Market Status: The warrants remain active and trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market. As of May 13, 2026, the common stock (FAAS) has experienced significant volatility, recently trading near $0.02 following a period of distressed pricing.

Valuation: Given the current stock price, the warrants are significantly "out of the money" compared to the $11.50 strike price. However, they retain nearly three years of time value before their 2029 expiration.

2026 Operational Update: DigiAsia remains focused on the Indonesian fintech market, specifically B2B2C financial inclusion. On May 8, 2026, the company announced a board reorganization following the resignation of a director, which management stated was not due to any disagreement with company operations.

Redemption Trigger: The company may redeem the warrants at $0.01 per warrant if the closing price of the common stock equals or exceeds $18.00 for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading day period.

Current Status: Active.

Warrant Terms
  • Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
  • Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
  • Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
  • Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
  • Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
