Synopsis & Listing Information

Silver Mountain is a silver-focused explorer and developer primarily active in Peru, centered on the restart of the Reliquias silver mine.

TSX Uplisting (February 2026): Effective February 26, 2026, Silver Mountain successfully graduated from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). The common shares continue to trade under "AGMR" and the warrants under "AGMR.WT.B" on the senior exchange.

US Listing: For US investors, the common shares continue to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol AGMRF, while the warrants are quoted under AGMWF.

Project Progress: As of May 2026, the company is deep into its underground development at the Reliquias project. Recent updates from late 2025 and early 2026 highlighted high-grade silver intercepts and progress toward their goal of reaching commercial production in late 2026/early 2027.

Market Position: With silver prices showing significant strength in mid-2026 (trading above $90/oz in some sessions), AGMWF has seen increased interest as a "deep-in-the-money" leverage play on the underlying project's success.

Current Status: The warrants are active and in good standing. Following the TSX uplisting, liquidity has improved, though AGMWF (the OTC version) remains subject to typical over-the-counter volatility.

Warrant Terms
  • Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
  • Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
  • Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
  • Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
  • Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
