passed by shareholders on Nov. 4,
2005, Torr Canada Inc. has
consolidated its capital on a
five-old-for-one-new basis. The name
of the company has also been changed
from Environmental Applied Research
Technology House to Torr Canada.
Effective at the opening on Nov. 24,
2005, the common shares of Torr
Canada will commence trading on TSX
Venture Exchange and the common
shares of Environmental Applied
Research Technology House will be
delisted. The company is classified
as a "development of technologies
for hydrocarbon remediation"
company.
