Further to Toronto Stock Exchange bulletin 2009-1645, dated Dec. 7, 2009, which describes an initial public offering of the Class A units of the fund, the Class A trust units and warrants, comprising the Class A units, will trade separately commencing at the opening on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009. At the opening on Dec. 23, 2009, the Class A units (symbol: HAP.A) will be halted from trading, will remain halted all day, and will be delisted at the close of business on Dec. 23, 2009.

Under the trading information set out below: (i) 6,265,530 trust units will be listed, of which 2,672,000 trust units will be issued and outstanding and 3,593,530 trust units will be reserved for issuance; and (ii) 3,127,765 warrants will be listed of which 2,672,000 warrants will be issued and outstanding and 455,765 warrants will be reserved for issuance

CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. will record the CDS participants who hold trust units and warrants on behalf of owners who have purchased or transferred trust units and warrants. Unitholders need not take any action with respect to receiving the trust units and warrants upon the separation of the Class A units.

Additional information on the trust units and the warrants can be found in the fund's prospectus dated Nov. 26, 2009, which is available at SEDAR. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein are as defined in the prospectus.

Warrants: Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one trust unit of the corresponding class at the subscription price of $10 per trust unit by notifying the warrant trustee between the first business day of any month and on or before 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on the 10th business day of such month up until Jan. 31, 2011. Such warrants will be exercised effective as at 5 p.m. on the 10th business day of the applicable month. Warrants are also exercisable on Jan. 31, 2011, prior to 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on that date. Holders who exercise the warrants will become holders of trust units, issued through the exercise of the warrants. Warrants not exercised prior to 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Jan. 31, 2011, will be void and of no value. Upon the exercise of a warrant, the fund will pay a fee equal to 12 cents per warrant to the broker whose client is exercising the warrant and 18 cents per warrant to the agents.

Warrant Terms

Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.

Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.

Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."

Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.

Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
