Halo Labs changes name to Halo
Collective

News Release
Halo Collective Inc., further to
the shareholder approval obtained
by the company at its meeting of
shareholders held on Dec. 23,
2020, has changed its name from
Halo Labs Inc. to Halo Collective
Inc. All figures are in United
States dollars, unless stated
otherwise.
In connection with the name
change, the common shares will
begin trading on the OTCQX under
the trading symbol HCANF. Trading
on the OTCQX under the new trading
symbol is expected to occur on or
before Jan. 28, 2021. The common
shares will begin trading on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the
trading symbol A9KM on or before
Jan. 28, 2021.
The common shares of the company
and 90-cent warrants of the
company will begin trading under
the company's new name on the NEO
Exchange on Jan. 27, 2021. The
common shares and warrants will
continue to trade on the NEO under
the trading symbols HALO and
HALO.WT, respectively. The new
Cusip numbers assigned to the
common shares and warrants are
40638K101 and 40638K119,
respectively. No action will be
required by existing shareholders
with respect to the name change.
Halo Labs warrants to begin
trading on NEO Sept. 11

News Release
The warrants issued in connection
with Halo Labs Inc.'s private
placement which closed on June 29,
2018, and business combination
which closed on Oct. 2, 2018, have
been approved for listing on the
NEO Exchange. The warrants are
expected to commence trading on or
about Sept. 11, 2019, under the
symbol HLO.WT.A.
An aggregate of 87,594,620
warrants are issued and
outstanding. Each warrant entitles
the holder to acquire one common
share of the company at a price of
80 cents per share. The warrants
expire on Dec. 31, 2020. The
warrants have been issued pursuant
to a warrant indenture entered
into between the company and
Odyssey Trust Company dated June
29, 2018, as supplemented by a
supplemental warrant indenture
dated Sept. 6, 2019. A copy of the
warrant indenture is available on
Halo's profile on SEDAR.

supplemental listing of 17,520,602
common share purchase warrants of
Halo Labs Inc. on NEO.
Each warrant will entitle the
holder to purchase one common
share of the company at an
exercise price of $0.90 cents,
subject to adjustment in certain
customary events, at any time
until 5 p.m. Toronto time on April
4, 2021.
Warrants of the company will be
available for trading on NEO under

- Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
- Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
- Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
- Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
- Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
