The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Exro Technologies Inc. will list and post for trading up to 42,857,500 common share purchase warrants at the open on Sept. 13, 2024. According to the TSX, the warrants will trade under the symbol EXRO.WT.A, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 30222R 16 6.

According to the TSX, the warrants will have an exercise price of 42 cents per share and will expire at 4 p.m. Vancouver time on the date that is 36 months following the closing date of the offering. The transfer agent and registrar is Odyssey Trust Company at its principal office in Vancouver, and the market-maker is Citadel Securities Canada ULC.

Exro Technologies warrants to trade on TSX

2022-02-03 18:30 ET - Warrants Called to Trade

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Exro Technologies Inc. will list 6,361,225 warrants for trading on the TSX on Feb. 4, 2022, under the symbol EXRO.WT and Cusip No. 30222R 12 5.

As stated in its amended and restated prospectus supplement dated Feb. 1, 2022, the company will issue 12,722,450 units at $1.60 per unit in an offering. Each unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant of the company, with each whole warrant being exercisable at $2 per share for 36 months following the closing date of the offering.

Warrant Terms
  • Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
  • Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
  • Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
  • Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
  • Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
