The plan of arrangement became
effective May 31 1995. As a result,
the old common shares (DLX) and
class A shares (DLX.A) will be
delisted at the close June 1 1995.
At the opening June 2 1995, the new
common shares (DLX.RT.W), the rights
(DLX.RT.W) and the warrants
(DLX.WT.W) will commence trading
under the new symbols set out below:

The exchange will post for trading
on an if, as and when issued basis
at the opening May 9 1995, the new
common shares, rights and warrants
expected to be issued to
shareholders and certain creditors
pursuant to Dylex's proposed plan of
arrangement and reorganization of
share capital. The new common
shares, rights and warrants will not
be issued until the plan is
implemented and will not be issued
at all if the plan is not
implemented. At the same time, the
existing common shares of Dylex
(Cusip No. 2677 20 10 0) and the
class A shares (Cusip No. 2677 20 20
9) will continue to trade on the
exchange in the regular market under
the trading symbols DLX and DLX.A.

- Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
- Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
- Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
- Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
- Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
