Further to the bulletin dated Oct. 28, 2005, an additional 2.25 million share purchase
warrants of Dejour Enterprises Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange. The company is classified as an oil and gas exploration and
development company.

Corporate jurisdiction:  British Columbia
Capitalization:  6,381,357 warrants with no par value of which 6,381,357 warrants
are issued and outstanding (4,131,357 warrants were issued and listed previously,
effective Oct. 31, 2005)
Transfer agent:  Computer Investor Services Inc.

Trading symbol:  DJE.WT
CUSIP No.:  244866-11-7

The warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4.5 million units
comprising one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant of
which 2.25 million warrants entitle the holder to purchase 2.25 million shares at a
price of 80 cents per share and will expire on March 17, 2007.

These warrants are in addition to 4,131,357 warrants listed on Oct. 31, 2005, and
have identical terms.

Warrant Terms
  • Expiration Date: The last day the warrants can be exercised. If warrants aren't going to be exercised then they must be sold the day before the expiry date. The longer the time to expiry the more valuable the warrants.
  • Leverage: A measure of how much you can increase your exposure to a share if you bought warrants instead of making a direct investment. It is the current share price divided by the current price of the warrant.
  • Intrinsic Value: The difference between the exercise price and the actual trading price of the common stock. Once the common has gone over the exercise price, the warrants are "In the Money."
  • Volatility: The higher the volatility rating, the higher the price of the warrant. Historical volatility is calculated by using the standard deviation of an underlying stock price over a specific period.
  • Time Value: The difference between the current warrant price and its intrinsic value. Interpreted as the consideration paid for the advantage the warrant buyer has over the direct investor.
