Further to the Toronto Stock Exchange bulletin 2004-0279, dated March 17, 2004, a
total of 3,906,500 common share purchase warrants of Metallic Ventures Gold will
be listed and posted for trading at the open on Friday, April 2, 2004, under the
following trading information:

Symbol: MVG.WT
Cusip No.: 591253 12 5

Designated market-maker: Ken Aitchison, Hampton Securities Ltd.
Other markets: None

The listing covers warrants forming part of 7,813,000 units sold to the public at a
price of $6.40 per unit pursuant to the terms of a prospectus dated March 4, 2004.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a warrant. The units
separated immediately upon closing of the public offering.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of Metallic at a
price of $10 per share at any time prior to 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on March 17, 2009.
The warrants are governed by the terms of a common share purchase warrant
indenture dated March 17, 2004, between Metallic and CIBC Mellon Trust Company,
as warrant agent. The common share purchase warrant indenture provides for
appropriate adjustments to the warrants in the event of stock dividends,
subdivisions, consolidations and other forms of capital reorganization.
