COMMERCIAL LICENSE TERMS

The commercial use (closed source code applications) of the JsObjects Library 
is allowed throught the payment of a small donation.

The value of the donation can be as much as you would feel it's worth, with a 
minimum value for donations is US$ 50,00, so I can send you an authenticated
copy of the commercial terms hand signed by me (which gives it the legal
power necessary to keep your source closed).

The payment of the donation does not give you the copyright over the JsObjects 
source code. It reamins copyrighted by Pablo Santiago Sánchez. It does only 
allow you to use it on a closed source application, meaning you do not have to 
open the source of your application to use it, opposed to those who use it under
the Gnu Public License (GPL).

Also the payment of the donation does not give you any privileges over support. 
Actually, this software is provided AS IS, meaning no guarantee of any kind is 
given. So far the library did well it work on the supported platforms, but 
there's no guarantee it till work for future versions of the platforms without
requiring rewriting your software.

The use of the library for commercial purposes without the acquirinment of the
commercial license is illegal. Being so, the person/company who does it will
suffer the legal implications from his country.

By acquiring these license

1 - You can keep your application closed source (GPL Free).
2 - JsObjects keeps copyrighted by the author (Pablo Santiago Sánchez).
3 - No guarantee is provided that it will work for your application or
    that you won't suffer against data loss.
4 - No support of any kind is provided by the author.
