Distribution of Aurado shares; Aurado rights offering

The common shares of T&H Resources (symbol: THE) will commence trading on the TSE at the opening on Wednesday, November 12 1997 on an ex-distribution and ex-rights basis. Shareholders of record as of the close on Friday, November 14 1997 will be entitled to receive as a dividend in kind one common share of Aurado Exploration (symbol: AEO) and, as shareholders of Aurado, one Aurado right for each common share of T&H held as of the record date.

It is anticipated that certificates representing the appropriate number of Aurado common shares and Aurado rights will be mailed to shareholders on or about November 17 1997.
