The name of the company has also been changed from Versatile Corporation to B.C. Pacific Capital Corporation.
Effective at the opening May 18 1988, the class A subordinate voting shares and the class B common shares of B.C. Pacific Capital Corporation will be posted and called for trading on the VSE and the common shares of class A subordinate voting shares and class B common shares of Versatile will be delisted. The company is, under the rules of the exchange, an exempt company.
