consisting of one common share and
one-
half of one warrant, each whole
warrant entitles the holder to
purchase one
additional common share of the
company at a price of 29 cents until
the date which
is two years from the closing date.
The warrants will be governed by the
terms of a warrant indenture between

company and Computershare Trust
Company of Canada as warrant agent.

The warrants are governed by the
terms of a warrant indenture dated
July 4, 2003, between the company

reminds that the terms of the
warrants issued, pursuant to a
prospectus of the company dated Aug.
9, 2001, provide that the price
payable for each common share upon
exercise of the warrants will be
$2.00 until March 31, 2002, and
$2.50 between April 1, 2002, and
Dec. 31, 2002.
The following trading procedure will
apply to the trading of the warrants
during the days preceding the
adjustment to the exercise price.
1. Trading on March 26, 2002, and
March 27, 2002, will be on a cash
basis.
2. Trading on March 28, 2002, will
be on a cash basis and trading of
the warrants will be halted at 12
noon (Eastern Standard Time).
3. The warrants will be readmitted
to trading on a regular basis

with the exercise price of $2.50 per
