Further to the VSE notice dated December 12, 1985, the exchange has been advised that the company and its underwriters have determined that the common share purchase warrants forming part of the units, consisting of common shares and common share purchase warrants issued pursuant to the company's prospectus dated November 27, 1985 will be separable from the common shares included in the units after the close of business on January 7, 1986. The unitholders of record as of the close of business January 7, 1986 will be mailed a separate certificate evidencing their common share purchase warrants. After the record and distribution date, the legended share certificates will represent only common shares of the company.
Accordingly, effective at the opening December 31, 1985, 550,000 common share purchase warrants of the company will be posted and called for trading on a when-issued basis and the units will be delisted.
