warrants of Dejour Enterprises Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange. The company is classified as an oil and gas exploration and
development company.

Capitalization: 6,381,357 warrants with no par value of which 6,381,357 warrants
are issued and outstanding (4,131,357 warrants were issued and listed previously,

The warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4.5 million units
comprising one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant of
