The company has announced it will offer to shareholders of record at March 30 1995 rights to purchase shares of the company. One right will be issued for each share held. Four rights and $0.80 are required to purchase one unit, each unit consisting of one share and one series A share purchase warrant. The offer will expire on May 1 1995. Two series A share purchase warrants and $1.00 entitles the buyer to purchase one share of the company up to May 1 1996.
