Further to the VSE notice dated July 24 1997 which described the listing of the company's warrants, the company has advised the exchange that two separate warrant certificates must be issued with separate Cusip numbers. One Cusip number identifies the warrants issued pursuant to the special warrant financing (the series I warrants) which were issued under a warrant indenture dated February 18 1997 and the other Cusip number identifies the warrants issued pursuant to the July 16 1997 unit public offering (the series II warrants) under a warrant indenture dated June 17 1997.
