Further to the VSE notice dated February 2 1994, the rights will be called for trading on February 7 1994. The offering should read:

The company will offer to shareholders of record as at February 11 1994, rights to purchase shares of the company. One right will be issued for each share held. Four rights and $2.20 are required to purchase one unit, each unit consisting of one share and one series B warrant. The offer will expire on March 14 1994. One series B warrant and $2.20 entitles the buyer to purchase one share up to 270 days following the expiry of rights on March 14 1994. As at February 1 1994, the company had 5,312,405 shares issued and outstanding.

Effective at the opening February 7 1994, the shares of the company will trade ex-rights and the rights will be posted and called for trading at that time on a when-issued basis.
