The Series O common share purchase warrants in respect of 100 million common
shares will be posted for trading at the open on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006.

The warrants form a component of units issued pursuant to the exercise (for no
additional consideration) on Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006, of subscription receipts, on the
basis of one common share and one-half warrant for each subscription receipt
exercised. See Toronto Stock Exchange bulletin No. 2006-0703 dated June 5, 2006,
and TSX trader note released at 2:42 p.m. on Monday, July 31, 2006, for further
details.
Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of
36 cents at any time before 5 p.m., Toronto time, on Dec. 7, 2007.
The warrants will be issued in certificated form and are governed by the terms of a
warrant indenture dated June 7, 2006, between the company and Computershare
Trust Company of Canada, as trustee. The warrant indenture provides for
appropriate adjustments to be made to the holders of warrants in the event of stock
dividends, subdivisions, consolidations and other forms of capital reorganization.
